  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • 4 cups toasted marshmallow, s’mores or even vanilla ice cream
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag marshmallows, toasted

  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3/4 cup 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup Fluffed Marshmallow Vodka
  • 8 ounces extra Cool Whip
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1 Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bar

S’mores Eclairs via Bakers Royale

PATE CHOUX Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 stick butter (6 tablespoons)So
  • 2 tablespoon sugar plus
  • 4 3/4 ounces bread flour
  • 1 cup finely crushed graham crackers ( about 12 crackers)
  • 1 cup eggs, about 4 large eggs and 2 whites
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows, set aside for assembly
